Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Request Your Return

  Access our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging or a sturdy mailing bag, ensuring the security of the garments during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
